No Refund, No Return, No Exchange Policy
Rescue Lounge does not currently have the capacity to handle refunds, returns or exchanges at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are a small nonprofit organization not setup to accommodate returns, exchanges or refunds. All proceeds of merchandise sales directly fund the Rescue Lounge mission so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please consider it a donation which will be “Bringing Happiness to the Helpless” dogs of local animal shelters awaiting adoption.
